| All registering organizations
must be recognized non-profit groups or be able to provide proof of non-profit
status. In addition, the following information will be required:
Organizatons name, address, and the name of the responsible person/spoke person for the group (i.e. teacher, principle, youth group leader, etc.). The leader/spokes person must be of legal age. Donations will be paid by check and made out to the organization name. Checks will be mailed within 4 weeks after October 31, 2006. |
